Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing BlueLotusInk! We aim to deliver high-quality, custom-printed t-shirts and accessories along with exceptional customer service. Please take a moment to review our refund and return policy below.

All Sales are Final for Custom Printed Items

Since our products are custom-made to order, all sales of t-shirts and accessories are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or defective on arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 2-3 days of receiving your product. You can contact us at bluelotusink@outlook.com with the following details:

  • Your order number and Invoice
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos and Videos of the damaged or defective product

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange due to damage or defect, the item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In the same condition as when you received it. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned item before approving any refund or exchange.

Review and Approval Process

Once we receive your email, our customer support team will review your request within 2-3 business days. We may ask for additional information or evidence to help us understand the situation better.

Resolution Options

If your request is approved, you can choose from the following options:

  • Exchange: We will exchange your item for the same design, size, and color (subject to availability).
  • Refund: Refunds (if applicable) will be provided in the original mode of payment (i.e., UPI, debit card, etc.) of the order within 7 days of approval.

Shipping Costs

For approved returns or exchanges:

  • You may be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
  • If the issue is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to modify your order (e.g., change clothing size or shipping address) or cancel it, please email us at bluelotusink@outlook.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After this 2-hour window, all orders are considered final, and no changes can be made.

After approval of your cancellation, you will be refunded via the same payment method used for placing the order within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Policy

This refund and return policy applies only to custom printed t-shirts and accessories bought from bluelotusink.in. Other items or services offered by BlueLotusink may have separate refund policies, which will be detailed in their respective product descriptions.
